RIGHT TO CANCEL; No Returns; No refunds

All sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged.

In the event your product arrives damaged; the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. For any requests for refund, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at info@adrianeadvancedskincare.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.

  3.  the order number and reason for request
  4. your phone number
  5.  email address

Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
